Hacienda Santa Cruz Merida has two outdoor swimming pools with sundecks and sun loungers situated within lush tropical gardens. The grounds include an artificial cenote and a Mayan village for guests to explore on foot or by bicycle rental. A picnic area, sun terrace, and walking paths are available across the property, along with a chapel/shrine and designated smoking area.

All rooms are located in the Casa Principal, the former country estate's main house, and are individually furnished with colorful textiles or painted walls. Each room includes premium bedding, heated floors, a dressing room, a private bathroom, and both ceiling fan and air conditioning. Accommodations range from junior suites to quadruple rooms, with family rooms and non-smoking options available.

Dining

The Casa de Maquina restaurant, set in the old machine house, has a terrace, bar, and its own swimming pool. It serves Mexican, French-Creole, Asian, and Italian dishes, with a coffee house on site and wine/champagne offered. Complimentary breakfast features local flavors, and themed dinner nights are organized regularly.

The hacienda is a 20-minute drive from the historic center of Mérida and only 10 minutes from Mérida International Airport. Chichen Itza Mayan ruins are 130 km southwest, while Uxmal ruins are about an hour's drive to the south. Nearby attractions include the magic town of Mani and Cenotes Hacienda Mucuyché.
